Product Design Manager for Meta’s Small Business Advertising organization overseeing a portfolio of six product areas and guiding a team of designers building high-impact advertising experiences. Accountable for Meta's lightweight advertising surfaces that serve small businesses who account for 90% of Meta’s active advertisers, and 15% of global advertising revenue (~$20B). I own the end-to-end product experience strategy that helps small businesses grow, simplifying the journey from ad creation through campaign management and optimization.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leaders to align design direction with business goals, revenue impact, and measurable outcomes. Drive cohesion and usability across Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Ads Manager, ensuring consistent and effective experiences for SMB advertisers globally.
Help lead the transformation toward an AI-native design organization by integrating AI into product design workflows, team operations, and the broader product development lifecycle to accelerate speed, quality, and innovation.

Product Design Lead for Meta Business Suite (MBS), helping lead a large scale 0-1 effort to launch and scale Meta’s flagship small business product where small businesses and creators leverage E2E marketing tools to manage their presence across Meta’s family of apps. Helped grow MBS to 40 million monthly active businesses and generate $2B in annual revenue.
Led design across Meta Business Suite’s core organic and paid tools surfaces including messaging, content creation & management, planning, advertising, lead management, promotional tools, and growth.
Defined end-to-end product experience strategy across core small business workflows, ensuring consistency, usability, and cohesion across Meta’s broader business tooling ecosystem and family of apps.
Partnered closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leaders to align design direction with business goals, advertiser outcomes, and platform growth.

As a Product Design Manager at eBay I led a fantastic team of UX, Visual, and Motion designers focused on creating amazing Buyer Experiences for the world's largest online marketplace. I was also a Product Design Manager in eBay's New Product Development organization where I led a design team that launched a fully localized, multi-platform, end-to-end eBay shopping experience for China.
Prior to transitioning to people leadership, I was a Lead Product Designer on eBay's New Product Development team (June 2016-April 2017) where our goal was bringing the next 100 million customers to eBay. Our first project was eBay ShopBot, a smart personal shopping assistant that helps you find exactly what you are looking for.

As a Lead Product Designer at Apple, I played a key role in defining and scaling Apple Music, including the 2015 launch and the 2016 major redesign. I led design for foundational growth and retention experiences, including onboarding, subscription, and engagement flows that shaped early product adoption and long-term listening behavior.
I also led high-impact ecosystem initiatives, including the Sonos integration and Apple Music for Artists, extending Apple Music across devices and enabling artists with better tools to understand and engage their audiences.
Prior to Apple, I was a Product Designer at Beats Music, where I contributed to early streaming product design shortly before its acquisition by Apple.
July 2010 - March 2014
As a Lead Product Designer at Samsung, I led end-to-end concept design, research, and strategy-driven UX initiatives across the Galaxy ecosystem, shaping next-generation experiences for smartphones, tablets, smart cameras, Smart TVs, and wearables. I directly led 8 major vision projects that defined future products and interaction models across a portfolio of Samsung hardware.
I was a core member of the original Gear Fit team, contributing to the design of Samsung’s award-winning curved-screen wearable, helping define early standards for wearables. In parallel, I led UI design and specification development for 24 North American production smartphone models, ensuring design consistency and execution quality across a high-volume, global product lineup.
